MEET JOSH

Josh started Russell Enterprises because he believed construction could be done better, with less passing the buck, fewer headaches, and a lot more accountability.

After years in the industry, he saw how frustrating it was for clients to deal with rotating subcontractors, unclear communication, and problems that never quite got resolved. So he built a company where most of the work is done in-house, clients always know who they are talking to, and challenges actually get worked through.

Josh is hands-on, easy to talk to, and believes in doing things properly without taking himself too seriously. He knows that clear communication, a good attitude, and a bit of humour go a long way. For him, the goal is simple: do great work, treat people well, and make the whole process something clients actually enjoy.

It all started when he was a kid, watching his dad take something from nothing. Seeing him build with his hands, and the pride that came with it, made him want to do the same for other people.
